Shipment
RBD Pottery guarantees to ship out products within 2 business days but is usually able to ship the same day or next day after purchase. We agree to ship with the carrier and method of shipment that you choose in order for you to get your item in a timely and proper manner. If there is an issue with shipment or carrier we will contact you immediately and offer a solution to the issue or refund.
Gifts
If you are purchasing an item as a gift please indicate in the "notes" section of our purchase page. Feel free to indicate if you'd like to leave a note.
Shipment Issues
If you have issues with a shipment or feel like a shipment has been lost, check your emails for your tracking number - all orders will have one sent out on fulfillment. If the item is broken or lost let us know and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We take great care in packaging our pottery and for almost 10 years have had virtually no losses! If it does happen to you just take a picture of the damage and the box and we will deal with insurance and refund or replace your item.
