Website Purchasing Tips

Because there are many people shopping our restock every month products usually sell out in just few minutes. We're doing our best to make as many items as we can, but as you know it is just the two of us (Rachel & Jamin) working from full time from home as we parent our two daughters! We offer a pre-shop drawing (early access and first pick to purchase one item) to five subscribers every month as a way to give everyone a chance to purchase a piece. You can subscribe to our emails updates (enter email address where it says "subscribe" below) to find out how to enter the drawing.

If you know what you're hoping to purchase this update you can go on the website a few minutes before 9PM [EST], wait in the appropriate category, and refresh the page right at 9PM. If you're looking for a clementine mug or a protea mug go to Mugs - Botanic or if you looking for a Cribbage board go to Special Items category. We usually have a preview of what will be available the day before, and on the day of the restock (until all items are pulled a few hours before the restock to update inventory). Make sure to familiarize yourself with what's available and where to find it.

Once you have an item in your cart you can use an express checkout like ShopPay (if you buy from other Shopify sellers your info can be saved and used quickly at checkout. You can download the ShopPay app and set up an account or just let it save your info next time you check out), ApplePay (just make sure you are on safari and ApplePay is set up) or Google Pay. Paypal works pretty fast as well, but it redirects you and can take up a little bit of time.

Remember that adding an item to your cart will not reserve it. It isn't yours until you finish the checkout. People usually have the best luck when they try to only purchase one mug at a time. If you buy multiple items on our website in separate orders (going to the same address and same name) we will combine shipping if possible and refund any extra shipping costs.

There are usually several sizes available per design. Take note of the size of the mug that you are purchasing. There is a drop-down under the price that automatically shows what is available - starting with what we have most of and moving to fewest.  We know that it can be a little crazy to try to purchase an item quickly. If you accidentally buy the wrong piece just contact us and we will refund you.
